Surface Engineering
From corrosion protection to extreme wear resistance, our surface engineering division applies specialist coatings to industrial components across every major sector. Whether you bring us your worn parts for refurbishment or need a new component coated before installation, we have the technology and expertise to extend service life and reduce downtime. Our coating range includes HVOF Tungsten Carbide, Boro-Coat, Hard Chrome, Thin Dense Chrome, Electroless Nickel, PVD, TD Coating, Metal Teflon Composite, Teflon/PTFE, Zinc & Cadmium Plating, and Epoxy — each selected and applied based on your specific operating environment.
Machining
We don't just coat, we manufacture. From raw material to finished component, our precision machining division handles milling, turning, and Wire EDM to tight tolerances. This means we can machine your component, apply the coating, grind it to final dimension, and deliver it ready to install. No back-and-forth between suppliers. No delays. Just a finished, engineered solution from a single point of contact.
Tungsten Carbide
We supply and work with tungsten carbide in multiple forms — giving clients access to one of the hardest and most wear-resistant materials available. Need a carbide blank for your own toolroom? We supply it. Need a finished carbide component machined to your drawing? We manufacture it. Need a carbide-based HVOF coating applied to an existing component? We coat it. Whether it's a wear plate, a punch, a die insert, a nozzle, or a custom component, we bring the full tungsten carbide solution under one roof.
Punch&DIe
We design and manufacture standard and custom precision tooling for stamping, forming, blanking, and canning applications. Our tooling is produced from premium tool steels — H13, D2, S7, A2, M2 — and tungsten carbide grades selected for your specific application. Every tool can be supplied with a performance-enhancing coating — PVD, TD, or HVOF — to dramatically extend service life. We also advise on steel selection, clearance angles, and coating specification, so you get tooling that is engineered for your press, your material, and your production volumes. Standard lines or fully custom — we handle both.
